Why a maxillofacial surgeon for cosmetic work

The implants here are planned to a scan, not picked from a tray.

KLS Martin IPS® is a reconstruction workflow in which an implant is designed to a particular skull from a particular scan rather than fitted from stock sizes. The practice’s own position is that a generic implant gives a generic result.

The marginal mandibular nerve runs exactly where a neck lift works. A surgeon who spent her residency rebuilding it after it had been broken knows that anatomy in three dimensions, in a particular neck, rather than as a diagram.

Dr. Stone cofounded Real Heroes Need Masks, a grassroots organisation that sourced PPE for medical staff through the pandemic. She is a public speaker and a philanthropist, the mother of two small children, an avid supporter of motor sport, and the surgeon behind “Dr. Jawline”.
